I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran the time trial with the kids. Legs still sore from Bryce, and now it is the hammies! Ran the 3.15 miles in 19:48 6:16 ave. Ran behind Jaren and Preston, most because I wanted to keep them honest and I had no legs to go around. 2 mile cool down

Ute Stampede. Ran in 3rd most of the race, at least from mile 1 on. Jaren came back on a kid and won on a last second kick! It was fun to see him work on the kid the whole race and come from behind to win!
