Got up earl and still in a rush, headed to Manoa Falls later this early morning.  Ran on the canal and aroundAli Wai Golf course.  4 miles at 7:17 ave, no shirt and humid and dark.  Good run though.  Achilles was a bit more beat up today.  The last two runs it was fine after a mile, this took a bit longer.

No run yesterday because of time and being trashed!  It poor rain last night and the puddles were massive and the traffic busy on Kamehameha, must have been everyone going to work and school.  Went to the PCC and back from our place in Hauula.at 7:38 ave..

Ran in and out of Laie this morning before heading to the beach and then PCC.  Achille was really bad today!  Usually a mile or so into it I will start feeling less pain and be able to move more normal.  It never got to that point in the whole 6 mile run.  Ran out of town to Kahuku on the trail and then to the Temple and over to BYU Hawaii.  7:40 ave

Achilles was bad today!  Not as bad as yesterday, but basically it hurt the entire run.  On top of that Jaren is sick, he puked probably 6-7 time on this run.  Feel bad for him, not sure if he go a little food poisoning or what.   Or if he just ate to much exotic food at the PCC last night.  7:57 ave.  Heading back to the PCC today and then back to Honalulu tonight to fly home tomorrow.  Bummed to leave, we have had a blast here!
