Trail run in the playground today.  I took yesterday off because of SI issues.  Sunday I could hardly walk or sit, today I am a lot better, but still sore.  I have been doing some exercises to release the SI and it has seemed to help.  I think some of it is coming from how I sleep and the rest from tight hamstrings.  I have never had issues like this before, so it has to be something newer.

Anyway, instead of a blizzard it was 61 degrees this week!  I ran out with my boys  and did an out and back, while they did a loop.  6 miles on the shoreline trail in 7:53 pace, not bad.  Felt pretty decent today.

7 easy miles with the boys and Lucy from the HS out to the Corridor and up the trail North.  We went out 3.5 and then came back.  Pretty windy heading North and got a little hot heading back.  7:34 ave.

Met the kids on the Parkway in Riverton.  We went North clear out to 9400 S ish and back.  9 mile run.  Nicer weather, but the wind was chilly.  I had never been on that trail that far before.  Adam, Tanner, Caleb, Casey, Jackson, Jackson, Grayson, and Austin went with me the whole way.  7:22 ave.
