Today I became a Masters!

Didn't know if my foot would hold up to 15 but I really wanted to get one in, and since I had the rest of the day off I decided to just run and see and call my wife to pick me up where I finished.  Weather was cold, but not horrible, mid 30s.  The foot bugged right away, but never got worse.  Ended up making it the whole 15 from Butterfield to JRP.  The head wind the last couple miles was freezing and miserable, but I managed.  Mile 1 was 7:47, and 14 was 7:01 (stupid wind!), but the rest were all sub 7:00s, with the last one at 6:39 into the wind.   6:52 average.

4 Miles at 7:24 pace.  A little rain, and the foot bugged a bit, but I just took it easy.

Slept in until about 7:30.  had to talk myself out the door.  Decided to make it easier travel wise and go from home out and back.  It snowed all night and it was 30 degrees when I left.  Ran up around the Cove pond and up to the gate at Butterfield Canyon and back.  Foot started to tighten up a lot the last several miles, so I didn't push it.  Tough run for me today, but I was glad I got it done.  7:27 ave for the 16 miles.
