34 years old today!  I wanted to sleeping today, but I had to go to school because of ACTs, so i got up at 5:00am in the freezing cold and ran 5 miles.  7:28 pace.

PM- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and Ab Ripper.  Day turned out nice after a way cold morning.

Ran with Greg and my boys today long.  We took off slow and gradually increased the pace.  We went up the trail from Monarch, Mirabella to Main, to 6400 W, up around the Cove and a back on 13400 S 5600 w and the trail.  Last mile was 6:22.  Last 4 under 7 minute pace.  Rory, Bryce, and Derek only went 7, but Greg, Connor, McKay, and Jesse all went the 10 with me.  Felt good, but tired at the same time.  7:12 pace.
