I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
went to the Pre-Foot Locker race in AF and then went on a run with Greg and the 6 boys that stuck around. We went to Lone Peak on the new trail and then down the Hwy back to the Temple and down the AF High. It was super cold this morning, but was decent for this run. 7:08 ave
