Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Booster kind of wiped me out for a day and a half, but felt okay if low energy. Walked up the HC hill then jogged around WHP. Nice clear, chilly morning.
30-minute pz endurance ride and 5 minute cooldown. Easing out of the relatively low activity period but should be ready to progress again.
Feeling off and tough logistics this week :-/ Managed a walk/run today though.
