| Decided to do my virtual 5k to make room for Tgiving feasting. Content with 23:45. Did it as a progressive, moving up from 7.2 mph to 8.8 mph by the end. First 2 miles were 15:45 and felt fine, so did last 1.11 in 8:00. Some jogging and power walking for warmup and warmdown.
