Felt a little peaked so did a 45-minute run/walk. Worked for today.
WiFi frtized so did my own spin class for 35 minutes then a 10-minute cooldown ride when it kicked in again.
Barely made it around Lucerne for 9 holes.
Pretty good run, gradually accelerated from 6.1 to 7.5 mph over 42 minutes or so.
