| 30 minute Peloton, moderate. My quads were really tired, and I thought it was from the past three days, but I didn't check seat position, and I rode in Michelle's setup. Duh. Felt OK overall but think I was stressing my quads a little differently than usual.

| Super busy day and body felt like it needed a day off yesterday, so good timing. Back on the horse today, so to speak, with a good, hard 45-minute power zone ride. Started moderately but was able to keep at ~200-210 for zone 4 for quite a while.

| 30 minute climb class. Didn't say climb, was climb. Topped 200 watts avg again despite not going all out, but definitely worked the last 2/3 very hard.
