| Nice day! Felt fine, kept it to 4 miles just under 9:00s so I would have legs to run with Ron in the morning.

| With Ron, felt really good, better than in a long time. Ran steady 8:40s with a little faster by the end, but just a nice, solid 6 mile run. It's been a while.

| Another pretty good run on a pretty nice, if a bit chilly, day. Was spot on just under 9:00 pace the whole way--that seems to be my cruising speed for the moment. Hopefully it will start to speed up if I have better fitness and fewer pounds to haul around.
