Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Was grinding out a 30 minute endurance run when I felt something pop in my left calf with 3 minutes left :-/ Very sore now, will need to baby it for a bit.
