| Feeling a little under the weather, so just did a 45-minute power walk. Got a pretty good workout overall.

| 3rd day of feeling rather sub-par. Did get on the bike for an easy 30-minute pz endurance ride. Felt pretty poorly, but got it done and felt okay after, so progress?
