Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
:45 minute Peloton. Started moderate but ended up with 2nd best 45-minute ride.
2 x wimp weights + 20 minute progressive incline walk, ending at 9.5 degrees and 4.1 mph.
15 minute progressive recline bike and 15 minute row
Wl x 2 and easygoing 20-minute treadmill walk. Good to get the blood moving again after a couple of days off feeling blah.
Country club Saturday--tennis clinic plus some games and indoor golf.
