Today I was sweating it up on the high knees machine for an HOUR. And I wanted to die....

Then I ran 4 miles and lifted.

an hour and 10 on the high knees machine. It is a great workout. Then i did the eliptical for 30 minutes. I got a super awesome cardio workout today,

So I checked to see what the high knees machine is called. It's called an archtrainer. Whatever it's name is, I am hooked for now. I get a SUPER DUPER cardio workout! I did it for an hour again today- then the elipitcal for 30 min. I actually did some circuit lifting for 15 min before I did my cardio to shock my body by switching things up. I love playing tricks on my body. I get back at it for all those times it's let me down. ha ha  :)   I know I haven't been running for a couple days, but I will again someday (totally kidding).  I just think my body is tired of running so much everyday. I really felt it screaming to do something different for awhile and so I have. No regrets. I will still run my 13 miler on Saturday. :)  yehaaww

1 hr on the archtrainer and 23 min on the elipitcal. I lifted again before doing cardio. Worked abs after. Lost 3 lbs this week alone.

Archtrainer for an hour and 5 minutes. Then abs, then home. It wasn't such a hardcore day. But tomorrow, oh just you wait! I am running to the gym in the morning and running on the TM, then running home. It's gonna be fun!  Who wantsta come? I better mention the emergence of a six pack on my abdomen! I am stoked!!
