Back from injury Yahoo!  4 miles on the trail and I feel wonderful. I have tons of explosive energy, almost like I actually gained more fitness. I'm so happy!

The only question is do I have time to increase mileage for UVM? I just don't know!

No running today. just going to jump back in slowly. 1 miserable hour on the elliptical :/

Ran 3 miles then walked half a mile, then ran 2 more miles. I had to force myself to run slow. I have the fitness to still pick up some speed, but I'm smart enough to know I could end up hurt again. Soooo I will be holding back for a few weeks. But oh it feels good to run!!! Nothing beats it. I love it !

20 minutes elliptical. I did strength train before running too.

3 pathetic miles with pain in my rib area. I don't know what's going on.

got on an elliptical where there was still some pain. For 25 more minutes.
