Ran 3 miles then walked half a mile, then ran 2 more miles. I had to force myself to run slow. I have the fitness to still pick up some speed, but I'm smart enough to know I could end up hurt again. Soooo I will be holding back for a few weeks. But oh it feels good to run!!! Nothing beats it. I love it !

20 minutes elliptical. I did strength train before running too.

You are being smart Lily. Good call! If it were nicer out today I'd see if you wanted to go for a midday walk....but I better not take the baby out in this crap.

Yes you are smart.. Let it roll. You'll be back to dominating in no time.

Easing in is sooooo smart, but sooooo difficult when you are feeling good. Good thing you love the elliptical :)

I just LOOOOOVE the elliptical. It's stationary capabilities are more than excellent. I feel like I am getting somewhere on that thing :)

It's going to be good with you jumping back in the the base you already have! Great things are ahead of you! :-)
