| five easy outside. Kim is gonna have her baby early tmr. 7 weeks early. She is high risk and will have a hysterectomy and part of bladder removed. She has placenta accreta a serious scar tissue disease in pregnancy. Her baby is 33 weeks and 1 day tmr. Kim got steroids to help improve his lung function. Go Kim!! Love you so!!

| 1 mile at 8 pace and 1 percent then 7 mile medium tempo. First 3 miles at 7:03. Miles 4-6 at 6:58 and last mile at 6:45. 7 miles in 48:54. No stops. Felt easy. So much stress at home that my running drug is needed. To conquer my worries and fears about my mom. We shaved her head yesterday as after third treatment on Tuesday her hair was coming out in coumps. I put on my nursing role and did al I could to help my mother feel good about this physical change that hopefully is temporary as . But worried as there is no end to her treatments until she soaps she has had enough as there is no cure for pancreatic cancer and all Treatnent they say is palliative only. Meaning to prolong life as long as possible. I hAte this. I hate this to the bone. But I have passed the denial angry sad stage and now I am in the fight stGe the hope stAge the miracle stage. The battle can be won!! And I won't give up on my mom!!

| Saucony fives. Loving the rolling ship over the waves while I run. And while I sleep. Sleeping the best every night. Just too relaxing and heaven like. No obligations. Eat run rest in the sun. Shows. Whatever. Just fun. Ap 7:32. Played a matching game the entire run. Now that was fun to keep pace and focus on matching cards. They were exercise symbols of varying colors and exercises.

| 11 miles to car rental. Running back was easier and more fun. Probably because it was morning and I had rested all week on cruise. Rushed on to plane. Last ones on. Customs took longer than we thought. Made it home safely. Miss the Carribean already.

Work is every day 8-5 except monday which is 1-5. and for some reason untrained I decided to pace SLC marathon. not good. not ready at all and it is hard as my mom is having chemo and staying at my house. feel like I am never home due to work.

| hurry and get to slc with daughter at 7 pm. get to expo at 8pm bed at 10pm. so not ready. only one 19 miler and two 11 milers last three weeks. and slc is hilly to say the least.

| on pace until 21 miles. then slowly drifted away from lack of training. 3:33:01. first woman over forty however. hills after hill after hill. so the lovely down hill at mile 22 didnt save me. it hurt after all the rolling hills. ha ha. uphill finish for 0.3 miles. that was fun.
