Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Body feeling good. Chilly morning but had a good time. We talked about spoiler rules. 7 miles
Warm with boys, Last One Standing talk with J, cool down basically on my own. 4.32 miles
AM- Running new streets I’ve never explored. 4 miles
PM- Got in a little run with the girls before I went home so Marieta could get a run in. 1.53 miles
PM2- Hit a couple more miles after taking care of Trey. 2.09 miles
PM- Prerace and coach laps. Enjoyed some last moments with kids. Felt tired but good. 4.49 miles
PM2- Still had that fight in me so I added a little when I got home. 2.13 miles
AM- Enjoying the cold mornings, wish I could get more miles. Ran sections of the golf course. 4.41 miles
PM- Focused on my breathing to help with side ache from too much food from Golden Corral. 3.35 miles
Elk hunted all day waiting for Ross to scare the elk off Zion NP. They know not to leave the park....
