Progression Daily

Shaved a little but can still cut off more back grass. I think the course is nice like Kingman. 3.8 miles 

PM- Pulled a total Bungus and forgot my running shoes. Ran boilers with the girls sounding like a Mtn goat (or Adams kid). Still had a good time and good convo with Elsa. 3.85 miles

PM2- Going over stuff with the Ellsworths. 1.23 miles

AM- Extended D.I. Loop with the boys. Good to run with them. Been a minute. 2.74 miles

PM- Warm with girls the coach laps with David. 5.25 miles 

ELK HUNT

Wanted to make sure I got something before the events of the day. I thought I’d go faster but lost motivation in the cold and so did my body. Still had a good time. 7 miles 

Elite set up crew with Travis Roberts Logan Fielding and Trey Despain. Nathan Humphries and Miles Boyer better make sure the band kids don’t  mess with our course. 6.18 miles 

Ran with Scottie Bushar  taking turns pushing and getting complacent. I had to close a gate a little after a mile that cost me 10-15 seconds. The announcer said I was the “2nd Place Female” but I never got my prize?!? So fun to see so many PV Legends today! Amazing turn out and support today! Gotta love the Holts 🐈🤷‍♂️! Plus I think the course was actually pretty freakin’ solid even for having 500-600 people on it. 

*Can’t believe I ran this well considering how much pain I’ve been in. Football (with too many Ellsworths) and lifting stuff for the race got my hernia flaring up.
