PM- Went out for a night jog. 2.14 miles
AM- Weights with some extended minutes of running on my own before grouping up with the boys. 2.55 miles
PM- Up to Green Springs to avoid the lightning. Spent most of the run throwing crap at Porter and Gaige. Legs felt yucky. 3.51 miles
AM- Wednesday morning run with the boys. Yoga afterwards. 3.09 miles
PM- Running around in the rain at Cedar All-Comers. 1.28 miles
AM- Weights and new run. Learned some ineresting things about some of the boys. 1.81 miles
PM- Washington with the girls despite Elle’s wishes. 4.11 miles
AM- Chic-fil-A with the girls. Then strides. 6.07 miles
