AM: Well I didn't stretch after the half so I was too sore to run the last 2 days. Ran an easy 3. I was still really sore but it loosened me up.
PM: Ran 2 by the sand dunes by the river.
Slow run. I was glad I could run the way I did. I just have to keep adjusting in all my runs and focus on the basics.
