Went to XC practice and sucked. My calves kept getting more tight the more I ran, and I felt dehydrated. Its all good though I am going to run every day now.

I thought we were going to run down to dog pound and back up for our run. I was wrong, we ran like a loop instead. I started off running with Baker, Ott, Monty, and this other kid, but later dropped back with Lusk, Ruth, and Fre. Ruth picked it up and left us then I left Lusk and Fre and ran by myself the rest of the run with Ruth in front of me by a ways. It was a 4.6 mile run.

Ran later tonight on Pine Valley Mountain with my Dad. Most of the whole thing was uphill and I was having "stomach" problems. It was about 7.2 miles but I walked like a mile of it because of my problems. It was a good run I guess.

Went up to Cedar mountain and got our trailor. My Dad, my bro, and I ran while we were up there. My brother Justin got home from his mission last night at 11:30. So we already took him on a run the the first day he's back. He struggled with the high altitude since the Phillippines is way low. I ran at race pace for about 1 1/2 and the rest of the time it was pretty easy.

I ran this loop around my neighborhood to try out my new Aasics 2110's. They feel really good! I started pretty easy than started going at race pace for the last 1 1/2 miles of the 2 mile run. I ran it in 14:04 and this was like at 1:00 in the morning.
