AM- Warm up because I got to practice early. 1.27 miles 


AM2- Half and Half. Ran with the girls and caught up on all the summer flings. Branched off to freshman crew then a lap with Zoey. Strides with Em and Vanessa. 4.71 miles 

AM3- Run to get a drink at gas station and cool down lap with youngsters. 1.05 miles 

PM- Dinner hadn’t fully digested so I was uncomfortable for a short jog around the hood. 2.24 miles

AM- Another warm up lap. 1.18 miles 

AM2- Hyped myself up for Steps and felt terrible during. I’ll bounce back another week. Ran with the freshman back to the school then hit Boilers looking for a new crew. 5.55 miles 

PM- Forced myself to pick up my legs a little bit. Random Bloomington streets. 3.63 miles

AM- warm up. 1.03 miles 

AM2- Tour de Washington with Bridger calling the shots. Fell behind when boys hit the strides as per freakin’ usual. Went back for Miles and Nathan. 5.21 miles 

PM- Had Marieta drop me off so I could run to the Judd compound. Slow. 3.8 miles

AM- warm up. 1.5 miles 

AM2- BHNP. Did 10 warm. Then I got the young guys going. We did a 10, 5, 5. Never felt great but just tried to get a little faster. Then I joined different groups for short sections. Extended cool running through sprinklers. 6.07 miles

AM- Jake led run to Staheli Farm. Minutes is minutes so I was cool with it. Split the difference between groups and waited for Tall T, Carter, Jake, and Mason. Hit strides. Best run of the week for me….so far. 6.4 miles 

PM- Jogging in the hood. Didn’t mind the heat. It’s just dry heat, no big deal. 3 miles

AM- No energy, I wanted to blame the smoke but I just didn’t have anything. Still fun to be in a different area. 5.07 miles 

AM2- Leeds and Low Iron. Started with boys for 10+ minutes before I went off the rails. Ran with Isaac. Then went looking for the girls. I wisely guessed that they went to Tev’s house. Ran with them until I ran out of energy again. Ran with Avery and Sariah for a couple minutes. Finally I doubled back and waited for Em. Ran a fast last 7+ minutes with her. Good to end on a good note for an otherwise not great run for me. Luckily I care more about the kids runs and they crushed it! 8.72 miles
