Charleston has my freaking number. Wanted to simulate some down hill miles in preparation for Beaver. Felt nauseous from go and tried to hold on. Still ran 3-4 miles decent but then just wanted to be done. Milked to get to 6 then waited for Marieta to drive down the canyon. 6.01 miles

AM- Out to the Dixie Center then into Tonaquint. Went through some desert and areas I ain’t ever been. 7.03 miles 

PM- Picked up summit rock shirt from my brother then ran to Home Depot for some lights. Did some summit rock searching en route. 2.11 miles

AM1- Got busy searching in all the right areas but no dice. .67

After a little break at home I ventured out to find the rock. Searched in some incorrect places but covered some ground running. Watched a girl snag the rock then took the long way home. 5.40 miles

George Mess Around. Hit South Rim Trail with George with some side quests. Beautiful terrain! Marked super well. We passed a biking couple and never looked back. Glad Georgie is getting back in the running game. Only complaint was the heat, got warm early. 10.14 miles
