Wokeup and figured might as well run. Locked myself out and then immediately had hamstring problems. I felt like I kind of pulled something getting off the bus yesterday. I wanted to go back home, stretch, ice, and sleep. Since I was locked out I decided to just go slow and try and get some more miles. Body warmed up but for sure didn't want to go fast. Didn't have any pulls until mile 6. 7.03 miles
