Toast. My IT band started flaring up. I tried to do a mix of running and walking but the running was too painful, resorted to speed waking.

Speed walked for 6 miles and barely made the 90 minutes. Race over.
*I'll be back next year a little more skinny and experienced. Loved watching Andrew, Julien, and Quinton run so well for so long. They were so tough and relied on each other!
