AM- Weights and Sandbergs with girls. 2.15 miles
PM- Mixed in some speed with the team. Mainly chasing TP. Talked to the girls about upcoming opportunities. I enjoy this time of the year. It's been nice collaborating with the coaches too. A lot of good things are going on with the team and I am thankful I can run a little bit now. 4.37 miles
