AM- Pretty solid run with the girls in the desert. Climbed some fun hills. Had a really good conversation with Brecken. 9.36 miles 

PM- Showed George where the sinkhole is. He talked me into getting into it. My left knee and calf were giving me some issues. 4.36 miles
