3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

3 miles in the morning with my buddies.

I ran the Cady Tucker 5 mile race in the afternoon...it was too hot!  I really felt it the last 2 loops.   I won a massage in the raffle.

Today I ran the kids tri harder triathlon. I ran a 1 mile, swam 200 meters and then biked four miles. I came in second for my age group. I also ran along side Kate as she did her running section.
