First meet today and I did okay. I ran the 2 mile, mile and 4x400 relay. i wasn't supposed to do the mile, but i did so i had the most miles of racing total on the team. My 2 mile was slower then I wanted, but it was my first Hs race at that distance in the wind and I was the only freshmen. my mile was 5:34 on sore legs and I was spiked at the 600 m t finish mark. but I finished my relay was a simple workout but I did a lot with 69 secounds.
