3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

4.25 miles on the treadmil at the gym with dad. started off at 7:30 pace for a warmup the started 400 intervals. first one at 5:42 pace then started working even faster. final 400 was at a 5:27 pace and final 200 was at 5:21 pace. i wasnt even breathing hard.
