| Nice run up Wheelers canyon/ icebox route. Roughly 2.5 up and 2.5 down. Tough tempo up for an old man who went water skiing at 630 am with little sleep from the froerer family auction the night before. But Nick was a task master and kept me going. Fun times. | This was a run/ power hike up the Mill B North trailhead to beyond the overlook. I have never been up there before, but it was beautiful. Not really a running trail because of it's steepness, at least one of my ability. About 15 to 20 minute miles. | | Comments(1) |
