| Ran over to Stout Park and watched some of the Trails 4 mile race. After the race I did a few more miles with Dave and Steve, then head home, good 10 mile run. |

| No run I was a bum on the 4th of July and just hung out with family, we did go down and swim at the river, which required a little bit of exercise getting down there, swimming, and then climbing back up the hill. |

Played basketball for an hour, then ran 3 miles easy over to the Substation. I stretched some then did a 2 mile tempo back to the cow field.

Ran 3.5 miles this morning around La Verkin.
Went to the club run this evening. Lots of people there and pretty hot temps. We ran the loop in reverse. I did fine the first two miles, then stopped for water and slowed down a bit. I stopped a second time at La Quinta for water then took it easy and cut back at the bridge. The run was pretty good just over 7 minute pace and around 5.5 miles I stopped my watch a few times and forgot to restart, so not sure on the exact mileage. |

| I woke up not feeling too good and with no motivation to run, so I didn't. I spent most of the day picking apricots, shoveling dirt, and staining the swing set. |

5- Easy run this morning, followed by a hard day of work in the yard.
5- Did a run over to Hurricane City Park and back, picked it up some the last mile, so I could beat the 8 minute guy. (7:57 average). My body is feeling pretty wiped out. I'm having a lot of back pain, from working in the yard. |

5- Ran down through Confluence Park got over to the river and decided to take a dip. I didn't even bother taking the shoes and socks off, just jumped in. My back has been bugging me, which isn't good considering I still have more shoveling to do today.
6- Club run from Dixie Center out west on the trail, then back through Bloomington. I felt better than last week, still hot though. Averaged 7:30 pace |

3- Did a very easy run over to Pah Tempe then back home. I didn't feel good at all this morning. PF hurting, back hurting, and calves tight. |

| 6- Ran out toward Toquerville 3 miles, then came back. Out I averaged 7:47 coming back I averaged 7:33. I'm still struggling with a cough, in fact it has been kind of scary at times. I start coughing and then I struggle getting a breath. |

| 3- Ran over to Hurricane and then Sunny picked me up on her way back from the store. My cough was bad this morning and my PF has really been bugging again. I wish I could go back a few years when I was feeling pretty good everytime I went out for a run. |

Basketball for 2 hours this morning.
5-Ran over to Hurricane Cemetery and used their spicket to soak my shirt and hat then came back home. I don't know what I was thinking it was too hot to be out running 102 degrees |

| Went to the doctor found out I've had bronchitis, she did a chest x-ray and some blood work and told me not to run for at least a week. I also got some drugs. |
