5- Easy run this morning, followed by a hard day of work in the yard.

5- Did a run over to Hurricane City Park and back, picked it up some the last mile, so I could beat the 8 minute guy. (7:57 average).  My body is feeling pretty wiped out.  I'm having a lot of back pain, from working in the yard.

Good job to get out there, even though not feeling super motivated, and it's hot. Hopefully you can find some extra motivation as St. George Marathon approaches. Looks like you have a bunch of half marathons planned this year, too.
