I retired from the Army after 26 years of service in 2010. I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. Since early 2016 I have lost 30 lbs and got in much better shape. August 2017 I retired again. We served a mission to Mexico from October 2017 until April 2019.
I was tired when I got up at 4:30. I went to bed around 9:20 but I got 5 calls between 10 and 1 am. Fortunately I fell right back to sleep each time. I was unable to push much today. total time 28:40. splits 9:34, 9:42, 9:24
total time 40:38. it had rained so I had to run a path that I wasn't familiar with distance. I had on stertch between about 2.4 and 3.4 which I knew was a mile and I ran it in 9:49. I didn't sleep well being on call and I felt sluggish on the run.
started slow and just ran slower. not sure what was up toher than that it was really cold this morning? total time 70:58. splits 9:50, 9:43, forgot to get the 3rd mile, 19:44, 9:57, 10:17, 11:28.
