speedwork on a treadmill. total time 36:37. wamred up for 7 minutes gradually getting to 6.3 mph by 3 minutes. at 7 minutes I went 1 minute hard 2 minutes easy. at 7,10,13, and 16 minutes I ran 7 mph (recovery at 6,3 MPH). then I gradually got faster 19 (7.1), 22 (7.2), 25 and 28 (7.3) while staying at 6.3 mph for recovery. at 31 I slowed to 7 mph and then did the recovery at 6.2 mph. at 34 minutes I ran 7.0 then at 35 I sped up by 0.1 mph every 30 seconds from 7.0 to 7.4 with no break. splits 9:25, 9:11, 9:06, 8:55
