3 miles walking this morning. Even if I wanted to run, I doubt I would've been able to. 3 miles of walking really did the trick for getting blood moving and muscles loosening. I'm glad tomorrow is a holiday. (3 in 0:58:23)

Treadmill incline shuffle. 4mph with intermittent 30sec bouts @ 6mph. Good movement in the legs, but I'm still scared of losing my balance every time I step off a stair step or curb! (8.54 in 2:00:00)
