3 miles walking this morning. Even if I wanted to run, I doubt I would've been able to. 3 miles of walking really did the trick for getting blood moving and muscles loosening. I'm glad tomorrow is a holiday. (3 in 0:58:23)

sorry yesterday wasn’t the day for sub-3 Donald, but great race still. where does that time rank for you in all of your marathons? 2nd fastest?

It's okay, Eugene. This race just let me know I wasn't there yet. It is my second fastest race, my PR being in STG last October. Next year I am signed up for the Utah Valley marathon and I plan on signing up for STG when registration opens.

I always like going on a walk the day after a longer race, such as a marathon. It really helps to speed up the recovery time. Again great race Donald! Even though you didn't quite get the sub-3 you were hoping for, you still ran an impressive marathon time. Hopefully we can meet each other at Big Cottonwood in two weeks.

Kenny, I am really sore after this marathon, so yes anything to stay loose and stay a little active. Maybe you'll see me as you whiz by on the ;)

Donald,
you should definitly think about running a marathon at sea level! Don´t forget my invitation: we could run that sub3-beast together next year in Germany! You just need a flight!

Martin, thanks again for the offer. It may be just what I need. I'll let you know!
