Attempted treadmill workout. 3 mile warm up. The goal after that was 14 miles at goal marathon pace. Didn't make it all the way though (8.5 miles at goal pace), and started slowing down. Decided to stop 3 miles early of the total mileage planned instead of risking a long recovery period...
Tried a Maurten 160 on this run. I think I like regular gels with water better.
