I had slight ankle discomfort yesterday and decided to call it off again. The past week and this week are going to be pretty low mileage. I also fasted from lunch time yesterday to lunch time today (24 hours total) for my sister who recently got out of the hospital. The last hour of those 24 hours was spent running. I've never run at the end of a fast like that. The only thing I noticed was increased fatigue at the beginning of the run, but I felt better at the middle of the run, and started to feel tired again towards the end. (5.98 in 49:36)

Sorry about the ankle issues, hope you get them resolved soon.

Praying that you sister is ok.

Thanks Jeff, the Davises do appreciate the prayers very much. She is just very tired from some illnesses and hospital visits, but seems to be doing better every day!
