| | Got up to go to work this morning. Cheyenne had already gotten up because she couldn't sleep. Asked me to stay home today because she thought it might be the day. Ten minutes later we are getting ready to go to the hospital. 2 hours later, our son was born. Wow! That was a quick wonderful experience. Now we have a beautiful healthy baby boy :)

| | Workout the day after donating blood. The difference was noticeable (at least I choose to blame my diminished energy on yesterday's blood donation!).
5x1 mile at lactate threshold effort with 1 minute rests. 8x200m at mile effort with 200m recoveries. I sweat a lot and was ready to be done. 11.42, including warm up and cooldown, which together were almost 4 miles. (11.42 in 1:23:00)

| | Got up early and finished off 100 miles for Christmas week. Kinda silly, but I wanted to do it, even if it was just on the treadmill. Today was a small workout. 3x1miles at lactate threshold, 3 minutes at VO2max, then 1 hour cool down. I felt some heat in my left ankle so I slowed it down and finished off the miles I needed for my mileage goal (13.1 in 1:46:43)
