| | A good aerobic builder after taking yesterday off. The doctor thinks I may have Crohn's disease, but he's testing a few tissue samples for further consideration. This may explain the joint pains I've been experiencing. Hopefully this gives some light on how to improve things!

| | The first few minutes are always the worst. The pain seems to go away after that and today I felt actually pretty good afterwards. Had a fast finish that I was satisfied with.
Almost done with "Wild Wild Country" on Netflix. I had learned about some of this story before, with my wife being a Public Health major, but it is a crazy story indeed (just like most of the things that Netflix makes documentaries about).

| | My achilles still feels tight when I stretch, but I was surprised that I can't feel it at all when I run. My iron and ferritin levels are still dropping. The doctor says I should be exhausted right now, and that I should get IV iron soon. Apparently a 2 shots of iron costs over $1000! Phew.
