| | Slept in yesterday...until 4am! Didn't have time to run, so I felt a lot of energy this morning. 15 miles at 8mph, then a fast finish. Finished the Ted Bundy tapes, then Netflix automatically transitioned to a drama about Ted Bundy (starring Zac Efron)...lots of Ted Bundy.

| | I meant to go longer, but some unusual pains in my right knee and quad today. Walked 1.5 miles immediately after because those areas were stiff.

| | A decent workout with LT sets. My knee started to feel a little bit off again, and I stopped before it got as bad as Friday. Walked another 1.1 immediately after. The knee feels okay now (12 hours later).

Journey of an African Colony on Netflix is pretty interesting. In some ways a little more memoir-ish than I like from an educational series, but lots of world history that doesn't really fit into the grade school curriculum on this side of the pond.

| | Three good days in a row! This is certainly my week. Now for a day off, then my procedure, then who knows what.
Netflix came out with a drama adaptation of Hillbilly Elegy. The movie is alright, but the book is excellent!
