| | AM- we ran up to the dirt mile and did 3 loops and I had to get 7:46 pase and me and the others thought it was hard to go that pace, because it was slow. Me, Hunter, Josh, and Krenny ran a 6:50 frist lap, and 7:00 the last two. | Add Comment |

| | AM- we had 30 30's today so we did 1 mile warm/cool. The 30's were harder this time, because I tryed to recover have my distance each time. I did 27 30's. | Add Comment |
| | AM- I ran with the some of the team and we went down to Heck hole and ran down there, it was hard, but I was able to stick up with the guys. | Add Comment |
| | AM- I got to Arizona around 7:30 am and went running and it was around 96 degreceas at that time. It was hard running 8 miles buy my self running around my Aunts block, it was tempting to stop and walk some, but I was able to keep going. | Add Comment |
| | AM- I ran 4 miles around 5:45 am and it was alot better than yesterday, my legs were hurting a little from the 8 miler, but other than that it was good. | Add Comment |
| | AM- I ran 1 mile warm/cool and 3 dirt miles and I felt good. PM- I ran 3 miles around noon and it wasn't to bad.

AM I ran 30 30's up in Yellowstone and it was nice i did 2 miles warm and I made my mileage a little higher to make up for yesterdays run. I didn't know exactly how far I needed to go I just guessed and I did 33 of them, but some of them I probably didn't get the distance I needed.

AM- I ran 5. 65 miles up in Yellowstone and the weather wasn't to bad with 5x10 sec bounders and 5x10 sec hill burst and my legs were a little sore. PM- I wasn't able to run this after noon because we were traveling all day.

| | PM- I ran 8.35 and there wasn't any hills at the camp ground I was at In Organ so I did like a 2 mile tempo and the watch didn't work because there was a lot of trees so I timed it and estimated the time it usely takes to run 8 miles and and add 2-3 min so I think I got around 8.35.

| | AM- the weather was nice in Organ it was probably around the 70's and I ran 7 miles, I was able to get the watch to work, also I added 2 miles to finish make up for Tuesdays run.

AM- I ran 7 miles with 4 miles at the pace I was so post to get and it was good. PM- I ran 3 miles and it was alright.

| | PM- I ran around 5 miles with 30 30's. The watch I got from coach it froze so I had to use a regular watch and I estimated time wise how far I went. I didn't know how far I needed to go so I just ran a faster pace for 30 seconds and 30 seconds recovery and I did 40. My legs started to hurt a little. AM- I ran 3 miles this morning and I guessed how far I went because the watch froze.

| | AM- I had to drain the battery in the watch the other day and recharge it and it worked fine after that. I ran 8 miles with 2 miles at AT pace and I had to get 6:20 pace the first one I was a justing to it, but the last one I was able to get the time I needed. It was harder doing by my self. PM- I couldn't run because we were traveling the rest of the day.

| | AM- I ran 8 miles with 5 mile repeats and I didn't wake up until 9 am and it was around 97 degrees and it sucked I was dieing, but I was able to do it all. PM- I ran around a mile with the team and lifted and I would of ran the rest of the mileage when I got home, but I wasn't fully recovered from my trip.

| | AM- I ran 6 miles with 3 min tempo at 6:20 and I did pretty good. I woke up at 5:00 in the morning and went running, because I was in the perade. And it was a little hard running by my self. PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and went swimming at Coach's house.

| | AM- I ran 6.5 miles with the team and we did hills up heck whole. We did 4x1 mins and 6x 30 seconds and it was hard, but I think I did alright. PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and lifted after and it was a good run.

AM- I ran 8 miles with the level 3A boys and than finished with Colten and it was a nice run.

| | PM- I ran 5 miles with Byron, Pristen, and Jason around 9 PM and we ran up the Coral Canyon hill and it was alright.

| | AM- I ran with the team and the level 3's did 6 mile repeats and the dirt mile and I needed to get under 7 min. And it wasn't to bad, also my mileage was 10 miles. PM- We got up to cross country camp, we set up than the level 3's went 5 miles and it was hard for me, because my right hip started to hurt, I was able to finish with the team, but it was hard

| | AM- the level 3B's had ten miles. Its was nice my hip wasn't hurting and the run was nice, coach holt drove his car out 10 miles and than as we got to the car we waited a little, than we went to pick up the level 3A boys that went 12 miles. PM- we went 3 miles and we went 2 miles out and 1 mile back to the lake a we jumped in the lake.

| | AM- we went 6 miles up a hill for 3 miles and came back, it was hard for me, I wasn't able to keep up with the top guys for all of it, I stayed up for about 2 miles than I fell off until are way back which was nice. When we have another hill work I am going to do better.
PM- me, Josh, Able, Matt, Byron, and couch went 3.6 miles. We went done like a canyon and on the way back up I was leading and it was so tempting to stop and walk, but Able and them kept cheering me on and I was able to lead all the way up the canyon and it felt great being in the front leading the way up.
