| | AM- we ran at 6:30 and we went 4 miles we just went exploring by a medow we found and the run was hard, because there was alot of hills and I fell off some, but towards the turn around I caught up some and wasn't that far be hide them. It was nice on the way back. Cross Country Camp was super fun and I am sad that this is my last camp I can go to, because I am going to be a Senior, Also the skits were great.

| | Me, Byron, Abel, and Reed ran together. Abel only went 5, becasue his foot was bothering him. we went 8 miles with 3 mile tempo, me and Reed needed to get around 6:20 pace and Byron 6:00 min pace. It was hard we ran around 11 in the afternoon and I think we did good Byron just tood us when it was 6:20 pace and we did are best keeping it. I think I did alright the first mile, the 2nd one I don't know, but I dont think we were hitting are pace and than it was better the last mile. PM- I went runing 3 miles at 8 with Matt and it was alright. | Add Comment |

| | AM- we did 1 mile warm/cool and 6 mile repeats on the dirt mile. I had to get around 6:45, but on the last two I got 6:12 and 6:10, because I had to go at 8:30 and I felt pretty good and the run. PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and we had weights and plials and the run was alright.

AM- we went a 6 miles 1 mile warm/cool and 1/1's and I was able to do 12 and I was able to stay with Matt and Kyler for most of it. PM- I ran 3 miles with Matt and it wasn't to bad.

| | AM- we had are first time trial and I did 2 miles warm/cool and a 2 mile race, also striders after. I got 12.04.9 and it was pretty good in my trainers and I was the seventh guy, Cam did good I was kind of mad he beat me by .3, but I will just have to do better next time. PM- Me and Matt ran 3 miles and my legs were sore, it was a nice and easy run.

| | AM- I ran 10 miles with 3.5 miles with tempo around 6:00 min. I ran 3 miles befor practise, because I had something at 8:15 and than I ran out 3.5 miles with the team and flipped it and my first mile was around 6:09 the secount one was around 6:20 and the last one around 6:10 and it was a little hard the last half of the tempo, because I was by my self. PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and it was nice and easy than we did weights after. | Add Comment |

AM- we ran 7 miles. 3 of it was on grass and than we had a hill work out 6x1:00 and 3x30 and I think I did pretty good on the hills and Cam did amazeing on his last one min. PM- I ran around 3 miles with Matt and my legs were way tight, but they loosed a little through out the run.

AM- I ran 6 mile repeats with 2 miles warm/cool I hit all of my times besides the first one. On the last 2 coach wanted me to stay with Matt and Kyler so I did and we got 6:16 and 6:11 the last one. PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and had weights after.

AM- we ran 5 miles with 4x200 and it was alright.
PM- we had are first race at Ceder, we went 2 miles warm and like a mile cool. I did pretty good for the first race, but there are some things I need to work on I got 17:44.

AM- we had a race at Hurrican and we did 2 miles warm and 1 mile cool and I did pretty good I took 2nd and 1.1 second behind Reed. I got 16:42, but the top 2 or 3 JV from DH didn't run the JV race, so I will see how I do next week.

PM- we went 5 miles, DogPound and we did a tempo of about 2.5 miles and I did pretty good. My avarage was around 5:46 miles.
