AM- we had 6xmile repeats, with DI warm/cool and I did pretty good on it I hit my time on most of them.

PM- I ran 3 miles and it was alright.

PM- we had a race at the Bloomington North Park and I did alright, a strong race, but there are some things I need to work on, I got around 18:09.

PM- We had 6xmile repeat at 91% and I did alright on it. I had a little sore throught.

PM- we did 1/1 work out, but half way through we had a 1.5 mile time trial to see who would take the varsity spot, but I didn't do that good, because I was sick.

PM- I didn't run wednesday or thursday, because I was sick and we ran 4 miles easy.

PM- I ran 8 miles with Matt, Able, Byron and a few others and it was nice, we need to have the last half mile to be a fast finish and I think I did pretty good on it, I would of done better if there was some one to help push the last half mile.
