AM- we ran shoe run and about a mile in my knee started to hurt a little but, than it got worse when I finished

PM- I ran a half  of a mile and than my knee started hurting so I stopped and went to Marks room.

AM- I ran 2 miles this morning and it just killed my knee when I got back.

I was able to use a exercise bike and I went about 6.3 miles on it and my knee didn't hurt after it so that was nice.

 AM- I used a exercise bike and I road for 20 minutes which was about 3 miles.

 

PM- I was able to run 2 miles with out my knee bothering me which was nice and than I did 1x30sec and my knee started hurting a little so I stopped.

AM- I road my exercise bike for 22 min. which was 3.6 m.

 

PM- I ran about 2 miles today and my knee wasn't to bad.

AM- I road exercise bike the same amount as yesterday with 4 m.

 

 

PM- I ran 2 miles with .5 warm up and my knee was OK.

AM- I road exercise bike and went about 3.6 miles and felt good.

 

 

PM- I ran the same as yesterday but, 10-15 min. after my run my knee started killing so I iced it and it took a way most of the pain.

AM- I ran 2 miles but, I had to stop for about 30 sec. because my knee started to hurt a little and I didn't want to push but, other than that it was good.

AM- I went about 4 miles on exercise bike and felt good.

 

PM- up and Nebo I ran 4 miles and striders and I was suprised that I was able to go that much. I felt good after I stretched and rolled out my legs.

AM- I warmed up for race at Wasatch and I was doing good the first 1.5 miles but, after that first 1.5 miles I had to stop to through up about 3 to 4 times and that add about 1 min to 1 1/2 minutes but, after that I felt good and was going a faster past and the last miles was good. I got a 20:56 which is way bad for me but, I did good for the most part out of the race.

AM- I ran 3 miles with 4 stadium hills and 4x100 and my knee wasn't giving me any problems.

 

PM- I  did 1 mile warm/cool. I did 4x30seconds fast and 1 800 but, towards the end of the 800 my right shin felt like I was getting shin splints so I stopped so I didn't agervate it more. Also I did weights but, just upper body because of my shin. I felt good for the work out I was able to push fear of pain back a lot better than I have been and I am going to keep pushing it back even more.
