| | I ran 5 miles and some bounding in hell's hole. It wasn't that great running up that hill. |
| | I went a easy 4 at 4:30 in the morning. It felt nice! |
| | Today i ran 7 miles with mike and some others. I felt great the first 4 miles, it was hard sticking up with them, but i did it! The trail had a couple hills. |

I ran 4 miles with strides at 4:45 this morning and it was nice out side.
I ran 3 miles in the afternoon and my legs were dead for the first mile in a half, but then they were fine after that.

I ran 8 miles today out in the fields. The weather was nice. I was fine the whole run besides the last mile to a mile in a half, but i stayed with my group.
I ran 3 miles today and it wasn't that bad.

I ran 4 miles on the dirt mile are passe was around 6:38 first lap and 6:24 second. It was a little hard sticking up last lap, but i did it. I ran 3 miles around 7:30 PM and my legs were sore also i got side cramps, so it was a hard 3 miles for me.

| | today I ran 4 miles on grass with strides, and the weather was nice. I ran 3 miles with weights and my legs were hurting.

| | Today I ran a total of 6 miles. Me and Matt woke up at 4:30 to go running, and it was nice outside. We went to the fire station hill and did our hill work out there. My legs were were hurting which means i need to roll out my legs and stretch good. | |

Once we got camp set up I ran 6 miles and the felt like we were running 8 miles instead of 6, and the weather was amazing. Also I had a blast up at camp!

This morring I ran 10 miles up at camp. It was one of my hardest runs, but it was nice. I stayed up with the varsity for pretty much all of it besides the last 2 miles I strugled the last 2 miles. That was my first 10 miles I ran!!!

| | This morning I ran 5 miles up hill. I was able to keep up with the varsity for the first 1.5 then my legs started to kill so I slowed down. I was going to go 6 miles, but my legs were hurting to bad. I ran 3 miles and it was a little hard.

| | I ran 4 miles and my legs were way sore so I wasn't able to stay up with the varsity most of the way, but I was between 1/4 to 1/2 of a mile be hind them.

| | This morning I ran with some guys on our team. We went out in the fields and it was nice. I stayed up with the guys, but the last 1.5 of tempo I had a hard time keeping a 6:30 pass, but I am going keep working hard so that I well be able to keep up on all of the work outs we have. |

| | am- we ran by Dixie center on a trail by the river. It was a nice run but, my legs started hurting. We ran 6 miles. pm- I ran around 9:30 with Matt and it was a ok run.

| | AM- Me and some others warmed up with about 2 miles cool was 1 mile than we raced, and I did a lot better then I thought place wise I took 9th and 5th guy on our team!!! I always wanted to be a JV score but, know I want to be a JV champ. |
| | AM- my legs were a little bet sour but other than that it was good. PM- We ran DI warm and cool with 6x3min with 3min recovery and I was able to stick up with my group for 2 of them but, I know I can do better next time.

AM- My right leg was hurting a little but it was to bad. PM- I ran DI warm and Hearts cool with the time trial which I didn't do that good on from me getting back from being sick and my right leg hurting.

| | AM- it was great, it was raining and it felt nice. PM- We ran 8 miles with 5x1/2 miles fartleks at I pace and I was able to stick with them pretty much the whole way, a fell back after my 5th one than cought up with them on the way back. Once I finished my right leg was killing, so I stretched it out and rolled it.

| | AM- this morning I ran to Walmart with Matt because he needed to get something there. My legs were hurting a bet, but not to bad. PM- We went 4 miles with strides and weights and plios, but I was only able to do the 4 miles because my leg was killing.

AM- my legs were a little tight on the run but it wasn't to bad. we went 3m with 4x200.
PM- I ran 7m with 30 min tempo. I stuck up with some guys but, than I fell a way at 20 mins in to the temp because of my leg than I caught up again and finished it. I also did the run a thon and I ran about 4.5 to 5.5 during the run a-thon. |

| | AM- I warmed up for race at Wasatch and I was doing good the first 1.5 miles but, after that first 1.5 miles I had to stop to through up about 3 to 4 times and that add about 1 min to 1 1/2 minutes but, after that I felt good and was going a faster past and the last miles was good. I got a 20:56 which is way bad for me but, I did good for the most part out of the race. |
| | AM- I ran 3 miles with 4 stadium hills and 4x100 and my knee wasn't giving me any problems. PM- I did 1 mile warm/cool. I did 4x30seconds fast and 1 800 but, towards the end of the 800 my right shin felt like I was getting shin splints so I stopped so I didn't agervate it more. Also I did weights but, just upper body because of my shin. I felt good for the work out I was able to push fear of pain back a lot better than I have been and I am going to keep pushing it back even more.

AM- I ran 3 miles and it was OK. PM- I only ran 3 because my knee and right shin was hurting some.

When i went on a cool down my shin was hurting like no other. |
| | PM- I ran 3 miles with Ryan plus 4x200. When I was coming back I was getting sharp pains in my knee that would come and go, but it was fine doing 4x200. |
| | PM- I ran pizza hut warm and cool, 1mile I pace, 1000 r pace, 400 fast, and 4x200. This work out sucked for me because I wasn't hydrated enof I probably on drank 2 to 3 cups of water that whole day, but I was able to push through out the work out I was able to push the fear of pain. |
| | I didn't run today, because when I woke up to help with the marathon my shin started hurting a little just to walk and I didn't want to make it worse right before region. |

| | PM- when I went on warm up my left shin was hurting a little and my right calf was a little tight. I didn't get the time I wanted. I got around 19:40's. I did good the first part of it, but towards the end of it about the last miles or half of a mile. My shin and knee started hurting a little. I had a great finish, I gave it my all the last 100 to 150 meters then this desert hills kid beat me by less than a half of a second. On cool down I felt like crap. My shin and knee was hurting. |
| | PM- My shin and knee was hurting some so I went and got it taped and it seemed to help a lot. On my run my shin was alright, but every now and than I would get a sharp pain in my knee that would come and go. So I have been taking care of it. |
