Me, Byron, Abel, and Reed ran together. Abel only went 5, becasue his foot was bothering him. we went 8 miles with 3 mile tempo, me and Reed needed to get around 6:20 pace and Byron 6:00 min pace. It was hard we ran around 11 in the afternoon and I think we did good Byron just tood us when it was 6:20 pace and we did are best keeping it. I think I did alright the first mile, the 2nd one I don't know, but I dont think we were hitting are pace and than it was better the last mile. PM- I went runing 3 miles at 8 with Matt and it was alright. |
